How can I find out when new work is added to your shop?

I have gotten locked out of my instagram before and I have seen other artists who have had their instagram go away for one reason or another, also. I have seen where some artists have depended on instagram as their client list and when they lost their instagram (never to have ownership again) lost track of the clients/connections they had from years. It is for this reason that I would like to have a mailing list separate from insta. If you could sign up via my mailing list I believe that is prime and will keep you up to date. I will still update new art uploads, events, or new projects via instagram and facebook art page, also.

Can I return a painting? / Returns and Exchanges

All paintings, prints, and products are final sale.

We do our best to protect your investment; however, should your artwork arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at lindagdillard@gmail.com with photos and we promise to fix the issue.

Please explain your Shipping Policy?

We currently use USPS for shipping orders within the USA. We do our best to ship all orders in a timely manner and usually ship within 7-10 business days (with the exception of some products and commissions.)

If you are shipping a gift or need to receive your order by a certain day, please mention it in the note section when placing your order or email me and I will do my best to get it to you in time!

In the event that a package is returned due to error on the customer’s end (i.e. mistaken shipping address), the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.

Who actually owns the artwork?

Please note, that I retain All Rights To All Artwork that I create. This includes sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to create reproductions of Any and All Artwork that I create.

The collector (or buyer) May Not Reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. When a collector purchases a painting, they have the right to display the artwork in their home or business.
