Do you accept commission requests / custom paintings?
Yes, I love working with clients to create custom work! I’m currently accepting applications for new commissions. Please send an email to lindagdillard@gmail.com to start the process.
How can I find out when new work is added to your shop?
The best way to stay up to date is by following me on Instagram @lindaDillard_ or by signing up for my mailing list. I will to start adding new paintings to both instagram and my mailing list to announce when new work is uploaded.
Can I return a painting? / Returns and Exchanges
All paintings, prints, and products are final sale.
We do our best to protect your investment; however, should your artwork arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at lindagdillard@gmail.com with photos and we promise to fix the issue.
Please explain your Shipping Policy?
We currently use USPS for shipping orders within the USA. We do our best to ship all orders in a timely manner and usually ship within 7-10 business days (with the exception of some products and commissions.)
If you are shipping a gift or need to receive your order by a certain day, please mention it in the note section when placing your order or email us and we will do our absolute best to get it to you in time!
In the event that a package is returned to us due to error on the customer’s end (i.e. mistaken shipping address), the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.
Who actually owns the artwork?
Please note, that I retain All Rights To All Artwork that I create. This includes sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to create reproductions of Any and All Artwork that I create.
The collector (or buyer) May Not Reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. When a collector purchases a painting, they have the right to display the artwork in their home or business.
